Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
- Develop and implement DevOps solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers for successful project delivery.
- Consult with clients on DevOps strategy and implementation during pre-sales phase.
- Manage recruitment and talent development initiatives for the DevOps team.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering and 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Proficient in Infrastructure and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Familiar with Cloud Providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Experience in containers and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts, workflow, and software such as Codepipeline, GitLab, CircleCI.
- Familiarity with networking and security concepts.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python scripting, Bash scripting, and SQL.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Proficient in Linux and version control tools such as Git.
