Qualifications:
- Must be located in El Paso, TX
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and proficient with Computer skills as this role requires lot of communication and reporting via emails and applications.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in administrative functions
- Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, employees and guests
- Have basic understanding of how facility systems work- HVAC/back up power systems/ fire/security alarms.
- Monitor front desk activities to include security and deliveries
- Control ID badge access to the site
- Create and modify building access per security policies
- Inspect buildings and grounds daily to be aware of safety issues, repairs and maintenance needed.
- Process and track quotes and invoices for the Facilities team
- Monitor and Coordinate work order activities with the Facilities team
- Assist with site compliance regarding Health & Safety and security policies.
- Maintain good working relationships with peers, guests, and site leadership.
- May need to work over 40 hours per week (as required) and come in for any emergencies.
- Assist with other departments to fulfill site needs
