In your role, you will design and execute experiments in partnership with a principal investigator, contribute to grant applications, and share your expertise with colleagues. Responsibilities:

Conducts scientific investigations in collaboration with principal investigators and research teams. Offers independent judgment in the design and analysis of experiments. Is capable of working with a high degree of independence. Offers advice and brings experience to the research team. Designs, builds and tests equipment appropriate to assigned lab. Specifies bids and coordinates external contractors.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate science degree.

Experience: Demonstrated competence in investigation and research.

Skills: Knowledge of computers and data analysis. Technical knowledge in the fields of biological and physical science. May require technical knowledge in electronics.
