Scenic Support is on the hunt for an experienced Social worker to join our small support team for a part-time position in Brisbane. The successful candidate will join our mobile allied health team which is set up to provide fast and personalized care when it is most needed, the way we do this is when we receive a call on our response line the team member that answers makes an assessment of the clients current situation and puts an action plan in place by then calling our team of the allied health professionals to attend the client's location to assist and provide support face to face.
Hours required are super flexible as the successful candidate will only be called in when we receive a call on the response line, which could be a few within a month or only one or two in a month.
Qualification Required: Bachelor of Social work.
