Supply Chain Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M) [Norway]


 

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for: Supply Chain Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)
Target start date: 01/08/2023
The Supply Chain Analyst VIE role supports the Northern Europe Supply Chain (SC) Business Partners for the General Medicine Business Unit.
In a first step the role will be dedicated to the data analytics from financial and supply chain tools, providing solutions in collaboration with the global Center of Excellence team and developing and handling harmonized reporting relating to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
In a second step the role can evolve in supporting the North Europe SC team in Projects Management for supply chain process improvement, and as well handling specific areas of the Supply Chain planning cycle (IBP process) on a regular basis.
The team is based in the 6 Northern Europe countries and for the General Medicines mainly in Belgium, The Netherlands and Norway. It is expecting from this role to provide additional skills to the team and could be a launch pad to a position in our worldwide organization.
Responsibilities:
Data Analytics and Incident Management:
  • Analyze data quality issues in Supply Chain tools
  • Develop local processes to ensure master data quality in Supply Chain tools
  • Manage incidents related to data quality in different tools
Reporting:
  • Execute the monthly and ad-hoc internal reporting according to the given timelines
  • Manage supply and inventory monitoring
  • Provide optimized reporting solutions in relation to the IBP process and the supply chain analytics
Project Management:
  • Plan and execute supply chain related improvement projects, taking the responsibility for the regular follow-up and timely completion of the projects
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Business Administration, with specialization in Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of SAP / SHIFT and Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus
  • Demonstrated capacity for analytical approach
  • Capacity to rapidly absorb new information and learn new systems
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Desire to take initiative and improve
  • Ability to work in a multi-country team
  • Language requirements: Fluent written and oral English
  • This position will suit an individual with good analytical skills

  • This position calls for the ability to work under pressure and to prioritize
  • This position requires the ability to take initiative and personal responsibility
  • Pharmaceutical industry and cross-cultural experience are a plus
