What You Will Do:

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of US-based events, including trade shows, conventions, community meet-ups, and promotional activities to engage our fans and expand our player base.
  • Collaborating with US & global marketing, PR, and community teams to develop event strategies that align with our overall objectives, brand messaging, and target audience.
  • Managing event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, contracting, and coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Leading and supervising event staff, delegating tasks, and providing support to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
  • Evaluating event performance, gathering attendee feedback, and implementing improvements for future events.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, identifying opportunities for sponsorship or participation in relevant gaming events, and fostering relationships with event organizers, partners, and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in event management or a related field, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events, both in-person and virtual.
  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend and manage events.
