Amazon is seeking a Training Manager to support entrepreneurs launching new logistics businesses through Amazon's Delivery Service Partners (DSP) programme. The DSP Training Manager will play a vital role in advancing the success of new DSP owners and their teams within the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) organisation.

The training and development manager will facilitate a week-long operational training for DSP owners. Facilitation will comprise up to 100% of the Training specialist’s role during peak periods. They will build, deliver and improve the DSP owner training solution in partnership with leaders across the last mile organisation including Last Mile Tech, Road Safety, Global fleet and AMZL operation organisations. The specialist will facilitate and deliver a blended learning experience comprised of virtual instructor led training (vILT), in person and hands on operational training for internal and external AMZL partners using skillful application of adult learning theory.

The T&D manager will work with wider team stakeholders to continuously innovate our training offering and drive the customer experience from our training programmes. They will build partnerships with stakeholders across global operational and corporate teams to ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and future-focused

This role requires a flexibility to travel to accommodate business needs up to 50% in peak onboarding periods (March - October).
