Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Vietnamese- English) [Vietnam]


 

The ideal candidate should have a background in outbound calling in a business-to-business environment or similar professional high-level interactions performing either consultative selling or appointment setting. Must be fluent in both English and the language they’re representing. Experiences working with Google Sheets and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hub-spot are also great to have.

Will make outbound calls on behalf of our client to prospective customers with the goal of securing appointments.

  • Must be fluent in the English language (better if has TOEFL, IELTS, Berlitz, etc. certifications) and the foreign language they’re representing.
  • Must have the ability to be simultaneously conversational, consultative, persuasive, and professional with customers
  • Responsible for enhancing the client’s brand with all prospective customers and gatekeepers through professional future-thinking interactions
  • Required to follow project-specific quality and scripting requirements created by client and Callbox
  • Strong skills in overcoming gatekeeper objections and determining key decision-makers
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly program goals/expectations
  • Meet or exceed monthly enhancement card goals which include specific metrics for attendance, quality, and performance (This is a 40-hour weekly position, not 39.5 hours. Punctuality is expected and rewarded.)
  • Participate in and successfully complete all required training sessions
  • Attend regular quality monitoring and feedback sessions with Quality Coaches, Supervisors, (and clients when necessary), accepting and implementing feedback to continually improve and develop your skill-set to better meet performance and quality goals
  • Other duties as assigned based on Synergy and client needs

SET-UP REQUIREMENT FOR BILINGUALS:

  • PC (not Apple or Chromebook) with at least 8GB RAM
  • Internet: Fiber or Fiber Broadband, at least 3 Mbps
  • Headset

SCHEDULE: At least 8 hours/day, Monday through Friday, Timezone based on Client’s requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 11,725,000₫ - 16,415,000₫ per month
