(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)Objective is to partner/ to lead GS key stakeholders in redesigning and transforming towards a User-Centric Global Business Service (Project TRUST target)
Lead your own strategic topics within the global Project TRUST set-up (e.g. in the field of organizational development, digital eco system)
As a member of the Project TRUST APAC Team you take over responsibility for identifying needs of the GS organization in APAC and designing and implementing solutions that help to achieve TRUST Project targets
Analyze and recommend decisions based on data
Implement solutions by utilizing your experience in the fields of project and change management
Negotiate with key stakeholders
Coordinate internal management meetings and cross-coordinate with all key interface areas
Independently prepare high-quality decision-making documents and presentation materials for GS management and further stakeholder.
Be visible to the Global Program Lead and Members of the GS Board. Your voice matters.
The TRUST project will run until 2027

Experience
2+ years of work experience from one or more of the 7 End-to-end Processes within GS
2+ years of leadership and change management experience (e.g. UX design roles, change management, project or team lead)
Bachelor's degree required
Competencies:
Data Analytics: ask & answer a range of questions by analyzing data including developing an analytical plan; selecting and using appropriate statistical techniques and tools; and interpreting, evaluating and comparing results with other findings
Strong negotiation skills (e.g. dealing with multidimensional conflicts and political discussions)
Entrepreneurial mindset that can deal well with ambiguity
High business acumen, ability to understand and take a strong/ informed opinion on business topics
Personality and working style:
