- Conducting comprehensive eye exams to diagnose vision problems and eye diseases.
- Prescribing and fitting eyeglasses or contact lenses to correct refractive errors.
- Providing treatment for eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
- Monitoring and managing patients with chronic eye diseases.
- Educating patients on proper eye care practices and recommending preventive measures.
- Refer patients to other healthcare professionals such as ophthalmologists or primary care physicians when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting treatment plans.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advances in eye care technology and techniques.
- Managing a practice or working as part of a team of healthcare professionals in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Able to prepare sales reports every day to submit to Management.
- Ability to Manage Team & Handle Customer complaints.
- Good connection with the supplier.
- Able to Manage the store independently with less monitoring
