CalPERS Human Resources Division invites you to our join our Selection Services team. Virtual interviews will be held the week of May 22, 2023.
This is a Limited Term position for a duration of 12 months that may be extended up to 24 months and/or may become permanent.
Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
We are hiring a recruitment support analyst at the Staff Services Analyst (Limited Term) level. Experience working with human resource management systems or recruiting tools and platforms is desirable, but not required. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, collaborate as a team, is organized, and takes pride in their work!
This position provides support to the Selection Services team in Human Resources by:
- Processing hires in our PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Posting job opportunities to the CalCareers website
- Reviewing candidate applications and conducting preliminary eligibility checks
