Description:


The Multilingual Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and directing visitors, handling phone calls, managing mail and couriers, and providing administrative support as needed. They will be required to communicate fluently in Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese, and English. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy for colleagues.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the front desk, including greeting and directing visitors and handling phone calls
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining records, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Support other departments as needed
  • Possess qualities such as patience, empathy, and a willingness to support colleagues.

Skills:


  • Must be fluent in Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese, and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Possess qualities such as patience, empathy, and a willingness to support colleagues.
