It is a US based Telemarketing company, and we are working on the product which is
Final Expense (Life Insurance Campaign).
Agents, who are working from home, will be hired on the avatar dialing position and they must communicate with the US customers via recordings. Agents will be provided with the recordings and the dialer software so, that they will response the customers easily.
The SOUNDBOARD dialing will also be provided to the agents which consists of several recordings and agent must play them according to the given eligibility criteria pattern.
Agents must identify that the customer is eligible for the life insurance or not. If, the customer is eligible agent must transfer the call to the verified agent and it will be considered as a valid transfer. The COST of each valid transfer is 125 Rupees and when the valid transfer is converted into the sale there will be an additional 500 rupees on that transfer.

● First Slab (Approved Transfers: 1 - 150):
- Every transfer made within this range will be multiplied by 100.
- The sold price within this slab will be fixed at RS500.
● Second Slab (Approved Transfers 150 - 300):
- Every transfer made within this range will be multiplied by 125.
- The sold price within this slab will be fixed at 750.
● Third Slab (Approved Transfers 300 - 400):
- Every transfer made within this range will be multiplied by 175.
- The sold price within this slab will be fixed at 1,000.
