Then don’t miss the opportunity to join our dynamic and diverse Marketing team as our CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MARKETING MANAGER for Europe. Our ingredients are used by the biggest brands in the world in numerous categories such as ice-creams, bakery, chocolate and sugar confectionery, culinary and much more.

The CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MARKETING MANAGER will be responsible for the following: Lead from idea to full execution the development of marketing activations to effectively represent Cargill among our food customers and prospects as the right partner to do business with. This includes creating value propositions , briefing our creative agency for concept creation and development of marketing assets as well as setting up the media plan to ensure optimal visibility . And that’s not it… you will also be in charge of deploying the material you created among our large organization to energize everyone to promote our services and solutions. Last, you will also conduct post launch evaluations to learn from past activations and continuously improve the ones to come. Update marketing content of our customer experience center in House of Chocolate ® and be the voice of customer for customer experience activities related to Cargill Food Solutions (from fairs & events to customer experience within Cargill Food Solution’s facilities). Engage customers in co-creation sessions to define with them their next best-seller and trigger business opportunities for both parties. Gather consumer insights and cascade them internally.
Key Accountabilities
Develop the branding and communication strategy for the designated business targeting customers, in alignment with the commercial goals, with the end goal to be positioned as the partner of choice among our customers . Develop content from idea to execution, including communication, trade marketing, sales materials, product launches, value propositions, online and offline advertising, promotions, sponsorships, workshops, trade fairs, employee communications, newsletters, websites and social media. Provide input to the overall commercial marketing and communication vision. Responsible for budget allocated and for measuring, testing, tracking and reporting performance metrics. Lead customer meetings and ensure the utilization of consumer insights, collaborating with the sales and technical services teams, with the end goal of coaching customers in the development of their innovation and marketing strategies. You will work under minimal supervision and independently handle complex issues while referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of four years of related work experience Demonstrated conceptual skills with experience in developing new concepts & solutions and story-telling capabilities Experience engaging directly with customers with a positive impact. Effective project management skills, ability to coordinate a virtual team and to align with a complex stakeholder network on highly sensitive and business important topics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in marketing, general business or related field. Minimum of 7 years relevant marketing experience / brand management (food industry preferred) including preferably experience in experiential marketing and/or creative agency. International outlook/experience, full professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written), additional languages are an advantage. Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel, advanced in web research, knowledge of Digital Media is an advantage.
