Your Responsibilities:
- Own the monthly Engineering/Digital financial closing and reporting cycles for the INNIO Group and partner with Group Controlling to drive consistent approach
- Drive Engineering/Digital financial planning cycles, including operational reviews and close alignment with Engineering, group FP&A and other Finance controlling teams
- Partner with the Engineering and Digital department to monitor cost and drive cost improvement through metrics-driven management
- Perform financial validation of Engineering/Digital R&D programs and provide financial guidance on cost capitalization criteria
- Support the annual funding request submission of INNIO’s R&D programs to the Austrian state authorities (FFG)
- Support BI re-design for Engineering/Digital KPIs to enable transparency, flexibility, sustainability, deeper analysis, and efficient reporting solutions
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration
- Solid professional financial experience, ideally in a production environment
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels and functions; clearly communicate complex financial information
- Strong MS-Office skills: experience with financial systems/applications, strong Excel skills
