Job Description:
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Front Office, Content Writer, and Researcher. The role involves handling customer care support through email, WhatsApp, partner platforms, and our E-learning platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing engaging and informative content, as well as conducting market analysis and research. If you have experience with simple design, it's a plus but not a must.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer care support through email, WhatsApp, partner platforms, and our E-learning platform.
Write engaging and informative content for our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
Conduct market analysis and research on various topics.
Assist in creating simple designs for marketing materials if necessary.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content and research.
Requirements:
Very fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
A passion for creativity, analysis, and organization.
Takes initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
An interest in holistic wellness is a plus.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
