We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, social media interaction, responding to leads and actively creating new leads for qualified candidates as well as setting up and attending events to represent our fantastic, unique programs. They include 'Professional Pet Stylist career training', 'K-9, Equine and exotic animal Psychology workshops', 'Hobby Pet Grooming', our students and staff have the opportunity to work hands on with our wolf hybrid, gentle horses, RARE EXOTICS... ZORSES (zebra/horse cross)...ZEDONKS (zebra/ mammoth donkey cross), Water Buffalo, Micro Mini cow. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent and the ability to develop relationships with potential candidates. This commission based position is lucrative, from $250 per Hobby student recruitment and up to $960 per professional student recruited and includes low payment plans for the potential recruits.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various methods such as ads, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct phone screens and with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with school management to ensure a successful recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $56,953.00 - $63,898.00 per year
