Position Objectives:

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Establish BIM Governance: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement robust strategies and frameworks that ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
BIM Framework Compliance: Assess and analyze the existing BIM frameworks and workflows to ensure compliance with national and international standards such as ISO 19650 and COBie.
BIM Application Updates: Stay updated with the latest BIM software applications and tools, evaluate their suitability for clients' specific needs, and provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
GIS-based Solutions: Identify and implement GIS-based solutions to enhance BIM capabilities, enabling spatial analysis, visualization, and data integration with geographical information systems.
Digital Twins: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage digital twin solutions, enabling real-time monitoring, simulation, and analysis of built assets throughout their lifecycle.
Asset Tracking: Implement BIM-enabled asset tracking systems to ensure accurate inventory management, maintenance tracking, and lifecycle optimization.
BOQ Generation: Utilize BIM technologies to generate accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and support clients in cost estimation and procurement processes.
System Integration: Facilitate seamless integration of BIM systems with clients' existing software and hardware infrastructure, ensuring data interoperability and efficient workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide expert guidance, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
Training and Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to clients' teams to enhance their understanding and effectively utilise BIM technologies and processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications in BIM-related disciplines are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM consultancy or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully implementing BIM projects and governance strategies.
BIM Certification: Strong knowledge and certification in BIM-related standards and workflows, such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP), BuildingSMART Professional Certification (BSPC), or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software applications such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration platforms. Familiarity with GIS software and asset management systems is preferred.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices, including ISO 19650, COBie, IFC, and classification systems (e.g., Uniclass, OmniClass).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical
