Business Development Manager (German Speaking) (f/m/d) [Germany]

We've finished raising a seed round and are ready to build a top-tier growth team. As an experienced B2B business development manager, you will be a core part of that.

Ideally, you’re a sales nerd and genuinely enjoy making conversations, testing new techniques, and constantly thinking of ways to evolve the process.

Tasks

  • You’ll be responsible for executing outbound campaigns on LinkedIn or email. We expect you to be able to handle this on your own, only asking us for help or advice when you need it.
  • You won’t have to make the campaigns on your own as we’ll work on them together, but it’s a huge bonus if you have ideas that you want to try.
  • During lead gen, you’ll also have to know how to identify prospects from LinkedIn. You should be comfortable with Sales Navigator and other tools required.
  • You’ll also be working closely with the marketing and inbound team to follow up with hot inbound leads.
  • Following up with prospects within minutes is critical. Time is very important, so you’ll need to be comfortable with quick thinking and be available to respond during working hours.
  • You’ll have to track campaign progress via our tool stack. Finally, we expect you to make reports on what works, what hasn’t, and make recommendations on how to adjust campaigns for future success.
Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven success selling to HR professionals
  • Previous experience with Hubspot
  • Thrives under pressure
  • You like to take on responsibility and work independently and goal-oriented
  • Business English
  • Business German
  • Preferred: You’ve sold HR or EdTech in early-stage companies
