Executive Secretary [Saudi Arabia]


 

Description


You as an Executive Secretary will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be providing high-level administrative support to the General Manager and other senior staff.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Performing clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for executives.
  • Scheduling and attending meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes, and recording minutes.
  • Receiving incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviewing contents, determining importance, and summarizing and or distributing contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performing office tasks include maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by executives.

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree with relevant degree.
  • 2+ years of work experience from a similar industry is preferred.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
  • Proven excellence in time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written in English and Arabic language is required.
