Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café and whisky bar, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of enthusiastic staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance revenue, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely procurement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in successfully managing café and bar operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for food, beverages, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with whisky and spirits would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
