岗位职责:

1、 协助北美采购部门,协同产品经理、销售及其他相关部门,对TD SYNNEX在线产品、订单进行管理,如订单维护、产品信息维护、库存控制,价格维护等;

2、 逐步具备独立管理产品线的能力,包括与供应商进行关于订单,价格,退货等的日常业务处理。

3、 每天对系统数据进行相关分析和处理,收集各种数据,制作相关报表,提交北美采购部门研究;

4、 配合完成其他工作项目。

岗位要求:

1、 熟悉计算机硬件软件,消费类等电子产品,至少对某一类产品有比较全面的了解,对电子商务有基本认识;

2、 熟悉计算机操作,能熟练运用Excel,Outlook等办公软件;

3、 专科及以上学历,英语四级水平及以上,有良好的英语邮件阅读,书写回复邮件的能力,口语能力是加分项哦;

4、 能适应较强压力的工作环境,勤奋踏实,责任心强;

5、 接受应届毕业生;

6、 有使用ERP系统经验者优先考虑;

7、夜班上班时间:22:00 - 7:00;23:00-8:00,周末双休。
