The role is responsible for all architecture and technology landscape management aspects within the global function domain, covering the design, implementation and governance of business, technology and information architecture. The role will drive the overall direction of architecture and technology development for the operations and enterprise support in relation to the overall enterprise architecture approach, as well as to the business and product strategy. As a member of enterprise architecture organization the role will contribute on overall enterprise architecture design and governance.

We are looking for a Performance Analyst

The Performance Management & Analytics unit (PMA) within Global Servicing is looking for a Performance Analyst to join the team.

PMA aims to find the best work-out strategy for each client & portfolio. The key focus is on Account Profitability and Performance, to optimize client recoveries as well as Intrum earnings. The global PMA team supports its market teams by coordinating and designing common tools, models and guidelines, and sharing best practices. PMA also supports Servicing Pricing, both External and Internal (PI), to validate that Collections and cost forecasts align, and to ensure profitability.

The purpose of the Performance Analyst position is to run global performance & profitability analysis, and ensure that performance and profitability are measured and communicated throughout the organisation. Together with the market teams, we are aiming to maximize performance and profitability on each account over the lifetime.

The responsibility in this role

• Analyze market performance & profitability reports and data, and identify trends, drivers and improvement potential.
• Identify root causes of any deviations. Ensure that these are clearly communicated to the organisation.
• Structure, report and analyze Account Performance Improvement processes within the organisation.
• Support the target setting process within PMA in line with overall strategy
• Participate in PMA Topic Groups together with market team experts, in order to facilitate overall improvements in reporting, pricing, and collection performance
• Support and drive the development of models and tools within PMA (Profitability analysis, Performance Monitoring, Servicing Pricing, Collection Performance Improvement)
• Become an expert of Servicing data in all relevant global Intrum databases (Catalyst, Cognos, Salesforce, PAM/Reflect etc.)

We are looking for a leader with the following background/experience:

• 2-5 years of related work experience with industry knowledge
• Experience with client profitability and performance management, structured reporting and pricing follow-up
• Experience from analytical work and development of reports and underlying data
• Knowledge of our products/services, customers, and the context in which the company operates
• Capability to process complex information, identifying key aspects and suggesting alternatives and solutions to optimize results
• Analytical mindset with an ability to structure complex data
• Being able to navigate and lead effectively in a complex, international matrix organization
• Have the ability to challenge established structures
• Good communicator, who can positively challenge team members and market counterparts

Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's Degree desirable
