Reporting to the Communications & Human-Centered Design Strategist on the Change Management + Media Innovation Team, the Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and managing the implementation of marketing projects and organizing the development, preparation, and distribution of external communications. Contribute and execute project-based communication plans. Understand the overall plan and determine best strategies to delivers results on time and within budget. Be responsible for messaging development, as well as aspects related to external communications, including the creation of marketing brochures, advertisements, web and social media initiatives, mailing and other outreach programs.
