Then come in and join our Thailand team as Sales Manager, Diagnostics to plan and executes sales targets and activities in Thailand for the portfolio of Diagnostics products. The role will be responsible for managing the sales team and business partners in Thailand in implementing sales strategy and to achieve defined commercial targets.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will develop and execute strategy for Diagnostics product lines and accounts.
  • You are the key interface with Business Partners and manage the relationship effectively through ensuring full compliance of commercial agreements.
  • You will plan sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned territory, completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
  • You will provide information via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for forecasts and planning, ensuring data quality and accuracy of opportunity pipeline.
  • You will design go-to-market strategies to achieve maximum market coverage and revenue growth, including appointment of business partners.
  • You will spot opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions.
  • You will directly and proactively manage relationships with Key Customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) alongside our Business Partners to build and maintain a sound market related network of stakeholders.
  • You will prepare, co-ordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with proposal management/ other involved professionals and management.
  • You will coordinate the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects, or services programs.
  • You will coordinate with Customer Service support and keep abreast with service support issues, status along with maintaining customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • You hold a successfully completed Master or bachelor’s degree in medical technology.
  • You have at least 8 years of sales experience preferably in lab diagnostics market.
  • You have experience in managing customer accounts preferably in Healthcare industry. Understanding of diagnostics market with sales knowledge of Thailand Healthcare market.

Your attributes and skills:
  • You are an expert in exposure to customers and account management best practices.
  • You are good in creating strategic business plan, communication, and presentation skills.
  • You can build sound working relationships internally and with Customers to ensure success in this role.
  • You possess excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
  • You are fluency in both Thai and English, written and spoken.
