-To assist accounts executive including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, month-end closing and financial reporting independently for several individual property management accounts. J -To assist in issuing daily invoices and to perform daily administrative works to support Accounts Department. - Preparing invoices, receipts and statement for Clients. -Maintain proper, systematic and complete filing and documentation. -Assembly, review, and verification of invoices and payment requests. -Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data. -Bookkeeping and general accounting. -Filling account file and all relevant documents properly. - Follow-up payments. Job Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent. • Highly motivated, self-disciplined and responsible. • Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, multiple tasks and independently. • Knowledge of accounting software such as SQL will be preferable. • Proficient in Microsoft office application such as words, excel and power point. • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
