Customer Success Manager – German Speaker – Remote or Hybrid
An international company that provides intelligent SaaS solutions to the biggest companies around the world is looking for a motivated German speaker Customer Success Manager to join their team!
As a CSM you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a company’s relationship with the customers (onboarding, retention and upselling).
Requirements:
- Native German and fluent English
- 2+ years & experience as a Customer Success or similar in a SaaS Ecosystem.
- Experience in SAP as consultant or administrator
- Sales skills
- Proven experience in a client-facing role
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
The position is Mon-Fri and the company is located in Hod Hasharon.
