About the job:

  • Manning is seeking committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our innovative Administration team, providing front-line customer service across Manning Hospital & Taree Community Health Centre. The Administration team is a highly skilled dynamic team that prides itself on being inclusive, who are committed to providing the best possible outcomes for members of our community whilst striving for Excellence of Every Person Every Time.
  • The successful candidate will primarily be providing an effective administrative service working across the Administration Team of Manning Campus to support the provision of excellent patient outcomes facilitated by all service providers whilst demonstrating excellent frontline customer service skills.
  • This opportunity also encompasses specific administrative support to Emergency Department, Inpatient Wards, Outpatient Services & Revenue Services. Working alongside service providers supporting them in their promotion of; and ensuring optimal health outcomes for patients and consumers of the service. The administrative support requirement is on a casual rotating roster pattern.
  • Training in the specific internal programs will be provided along with orientation to Manning Hospital.

Requirements:
Our successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills with an attention to detail, well-developed transferrable administration skills including up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Office also essential to complete the duties required.
  • You will have the ability to commit to a 24/7 rotating roster across 365 days as required.
  • If you are a good communicator, hardworking, energetic, flexible & able to work cooperatively in a team, who is honest and passionate in providing care to those accessing the Health Service we need you on our team!

Information for Applicants:


All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.


Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
